Everyone in my circle of people and those business people I talk to find website stuff hard to fathom and find that most website people are hard to deal with--ie the website people don't understand that the we--their customers--don't know how to communicate what we want to the website people so they can make it happen.   We need help from website people to realize what we want and what we need to get it (facilitation by you)  You get that and are great at it.  That's the communication part you've put in your tagline. You made it easy.  Open source made it easy--after you selected it.  Whenever I wanted a change in my content, I could log on and change it right then.  If there were changes I couldn't manage--ie books, you did it and fast.  If there needed to be a new something, you knew where to get it, went looking for it, or made it happen.  Most website people say no and tell you why you can't do something.  You say "yes" and tell us how it can happen and what it will take.  You give us choice.  We like that a lot.  You definitely empower us.   -- Lynne Azpeitia
